I've call Gordon a few times once for some general advice and on two other occasions when I needed an urgent repair to a leaking water pipe that was fractured in the sink outlet wall. This was attended to by Gordon very quickly, with the plumber arriving a few hours later and effected the repairs. Called again today relating to a strata issue which was resolved.I have no hesitation in recommending Gordon Robinson as your estate agent and Strata manager

This real estate lies to its prospective tenants regarding their listings and applications. As that's how they treated me. My Mother and I, who is elderly and in need of an appropriate apartment, applied for one of their listings and we were told another applicant from a different real estate offered more rent and the apartment was no longer available. Only to see it continually listed even at a lower price than originally.

This real estate not even worth a 1 star to be honest. They are liars, they treat customers like dirt. Non-responsive to any valid requests. Borderline criminal behaviour they way this business is run. If you don't want issues in your life - avoid dealing with them at all costs.

I used Gordon Robinson Realestate to find a place to live in Sydney as I was moving from interstate. I am a tenant in a building that GRRE used to look after, they are probably the worst company I have ever I had the misfortune to deal with. I work in Real Estate and how anyone can give these guys anything other than 1 star is beyond belief - they have no idea of basic maintenance requirements and will repeatedly cosmetically fix issues rather than deal with the more expensive underlying issues at the expensive of the owners. They just strategically resigned from my building as strata manager after fixing none of the issues which have been around for over a year Be warned if you are tenant or owner in a building they are strata manager for don't expect any level of service, response or competence. Avoid.

Absolute Shocker! They are the worst strata management that I had the misfortune to deal with. Gordon Robinson - Strata Manager is absolute talker, he and his staff won't look after you or listen to what you have to say. Never ever should you associate with Gordon Robinson.
