Kyran and his team have been my business and personal accountants for over 10 years. They have continuously been extremely professional and prompt. I have never had to chase them for anything. My taxes are lodged well within time limits. Kyran and his staff are always friendly and my emails are answered on the same day. Would never consider going elsewhere.

I would not recommend anybody to see Kyran. It looks like he does not know anything about tax returns. After he calculated l had some doubt as l was on the jobkeeper and less income. But he calculated a very very small amount of tax refund. I asked questions but he kept sending invoice. I insisted. Another accountant recalculated. 2000 dollars difference..!! Do not see Kyran if you want decent tax return.

Don’t bother going to this one. Unless you want your concerns and enquires to be met with hostility. My favourite is when the account said to me “ that’s a joke, I don’t believe that, that’s a joke “. They need training in customer service. Also max accountants can take up to 20 days to even lodge your tax, they don’t tell you that. Wouldn’t bother, my first time using them and I know I’ll be going back to my old accountant.
