Happy with my purchase. Wide range of choice for Canberra...now to the not so good part. The guy serving me was classic 'canberra-service'. No idea of customer service at all. Rude and aggressive. I have been nothing but polite to the guy and handed over nearly $900. When he served me he was really aggressive and if it wasn't for the fact I needed a chair I would have left. He made a mistake in the invoice (no big deal) but when I asked about it he was really rude and could not wait to tell me how wrong I was and inferring how stupid I was for questing the mistake on the invoice. I have been operating a business for over 20 years and if any of our staff behaved like this we would not have a business. To the Owner: I suggest you provide some training and motivation. It does not sound like this guy wants to be there at all. We have an office of 7 people and their chairs and equipment will need replacing at some stage but you can rest assured it won't be with Ergonomic Office Canberra. Good luck and have a nice day!

Received great service and support. Purchased a chair and headset recently for our medical office. Paul came twice to our office to ensure that the headset was fitted correctly and the adjustments that he had made were functioning well! The service I received from Ergonomic Office was excellent. Prompt processing of my order, followed by prompt and helpful customer service when I needed to alter my order. The customer service officer, Matt, went out of his way to ensure I received the product I wanted. Delivery was received in good time. I have been to the ergonomic office twice. the first time was to buy chairs for staff, the second was for myself. I came back because Matt is professional, knows his products, and was extremely helpful. Given the outstanding service you get and the quality I don't even bother to shop around for ergonomic and office furniture

Terrible customer service. Paid $457 for an office chair and was told it would only take a couple of days to dispatch but didn't receive the chair until almost 4 weeks later. Was never provided with delivery updates and didn't get a response until one week after I sent a follow up email. When the chair finally arrived it was poorly wrapped with scratches all over the wheels. The only helpful person in this whole process was the courier.
