Rockhampton Serviced Apartments

The apartments are separated into 4 buildings. The apartment I had can sleep 3 people (1Q +2S beds). It is fully furnished. The TV comes with streaming channels too. They clean out the bins everyday. But milk for coffee is supplied only once. Towels will be changed on 4th day. They have soap and liquid soap in the bathroom toilet but no shampoo nor conditioner. The apartments are located very near fast food joints and restaurants. Supermarkets are all with 2kms. My balcony faces the roof of the next door building which can make the living room and master bedroom rather bright and hot on a sunny day. So, using the blinds to block out may be necessary. There is a swimming pool in the main building right outside the reception office. The car park is downstairs of the apartments so they are covered. Very conveniently located.

Very nice new modern spacious apartment with everything you need. Comfortable bed, great shower with plenty hot water. Free WiFi. Good cooking facilities. Off of main roads so bit quieter. Worth considering.

Excellent place to stay, had everything I needed and the staff were really helpful. Great central location with lots of food options around.

Did not meet expectations at all.Probably the most disappointing stay we have had as a family.The booking .com system did not allocate me to the room I had chosen and paid for. I on purpose chose an appartment that had a large living room area for my sons to play in. I on purpose did not select a small narrow lounge room area appartment. However when we arrived we had gotten the teeny tiny narrow lounge room which was highly frustrating. We could not be moved because the other one I had actually booked was taken. The reception claimed they couldn’t do anything.The photos show a pool onsite and claim to be appartments however in reality you have to cross a 4 lane major road to get to it, which is right in front of the managers office window which makes it really awkward to go there. I was hoping we could dip, but it was too weird having to race across a 4 lane road in towels with kids.There is no mention of stairs on any site. We have a toddler who goes in a stroller and you have to go up steep long flight of stairs to get up and down the appartments to the car park below.There is no room service.You have to pay extra $1 for more towels.You have to pay extra $50 if you don’t wash your own dishes.The beds and pillows are as hard as rocks, I couldn’t wait to get home to my own bed.Honestly it was so disappointing, definitely not luxury and not worth what they charge for it. I would recommend going for an air bnb instead, I wish we did. It really ruined our holiday, hugest regret booking with these guys.

The room was lovely, very clean and impeccable presentation. Unfortunately there were two large airconditioning units just outside the lounge room door. Not only were these loud, but the heat emitting from the units made it impossible to sit in the outdoor area. I also had to increase the volume of the television to hear it over the roar of these units. Management was welcoming and pleasant. Yes I will definitely stay here again...the bed was so comfortable...what a great sleep.

The great service I received from when I signed in with the manager, to staying in a beautiful unit that had everything I needed and was very comfortable to be at, which made my holiday that much better. The manager understood my needs and was very accommodating. Plus the location to food places was in walking distance which suited me. I highly recommend this place.

Great price, comfortable and clean room. Staff super helpful and easy going! Perfect for our stop in Rockhampton on the way back down the coast!

These apartments were perfectly located for our stay with very easy access to the hospital and all essential shopping. The room was very clean and tidy and the light daily servicing made our stay comfortable. Staff were helpful and the apartment had easy parking. Would definitely stay again when in Rocky and will recommend to family/friends. Thank you for everything during our stay :)

Our first stay here and after travelling all day, it was a great welcome to have a nice clean unit. Our 2 bedroom unit was roomy, beds comfortable with a nice balcony. Close to food outlets and quiet position. Would highly recommend.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean and tidy. All staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Apartment complex is close to city centre and shopping centres. The 1 downside for our apartment was the microwave was too high on top of the fridge and not easy to use.All in all a great place to stay and would be back next time.
