Needed a few Safety Inspections done for some cars for rego changeovers. Rang up, got them booked in, work was completed. One car failed, and a comprehensive list all quoted for on the spot was produced to have the work completed there and then. Great service Auto King!

The attitude that the team members I dealt with was absolutely amazing. That did everything they needed to, were early!!! There was a slight issue but grant dealt with it immediately and sorted everything out straight away and got everything sorted for me. Have used this company 3 times now and will continue to always use it as I never have to worry about anything. Well done!!!

Really disappointed in the service provided. The mechanic showed up late to the wrong house and when approached to say he was at the wrong house he was blunt and dismissive. He would not listen to what I had previously had done to the car in the day and said he was unsure if certain parts were meant to be like that or had worn but failed them anyway. I had a report from a company saying that the things he failed me for where okay and he said it was not his problem. Will not be using this company again or recommending.

Excellent service! We needed it done ASAP and the guys accomodated our request and did what no others would even consider. They squeezed the job in first thing the next morning and we're a pleasure to liaise with. Highly recommended and will definitely be using them in the future.

Daniel was awesome! I was having an awful week - lots of issues and alarm light showed for oil. He came to my workplace, I was unable to spend much time with him, but he was extremely respectful, polite and completed the job with great thoroughness and professionalism. AKMMC helped me when I was in a pickle! I highly recommend them.

Friendly from reception through to the mechanic. The price of the minor service I thought was a bit to high for what the mechanic had to do. I didn’t realize paying $199 that it was the minor service, as the person on reception didn’t explain to me that it was. So I presumed it was a full service for that price. I didn’t mention also, that l am on a disability pension, but that is my fault so not sure if you had a discount. Over all the Mechanic did a fine job and kept the the open car garage clean and tidy. As for recommendation, if minor service, pensioners doesn't come with discount I would only recommend your business to those pensioners no matter if on Dsp or normal pension who can afford it to give you a try. Friends and family who aren’t on pension I would recommend Auto King, but leave it up to them to decide, whether $199 is about right a minor service. Again my opinion is, the minor service fee, could come down a little more for the very minor service your mechanics do.

This was a terrible service..they booked us in for 11.15am, never showed up, never rang, i called them at 12.00pm to see about our booking and was promised a call from the mechanic assigned and never received one. 5 phone calls later with the answering service continually offering a call back to avoid queue, no one rang, so 2 days later no call or response..they ended up costing me a sale. Would never recommend these to anyone

I was a little nervous when an online quote request turned into a phone call that was more about booking me in than quoting anything. But it was quick, convenient, and easy. I had the safety certificate in my inbox within the hour.Thanks.

Excellent communication to set up appointment whilst I was away at work. My mobile mechanic took initiative and went extra mile by swapping over my worn brake pedal pad (with the clutch pad) to attain road-worthy-certificate. No charge. Saved me a load of time Thanks ;-)
