Awful experience throughout. Not only did the owner not want to approve any general maintenance tasks, Samantha did not follow standard RTA procedure upon me vacating the property resulting in hours of calls and emails with no response and wasting a day at QCAT. Over a year later, I still do not have my money from Harcourts although the Judge requested they pay me directly.Would not recommend

Harcourts have been managing my property for over two years and I can't fault them. Enquiries are responded to immediately, all emails are acknowledged and followed up on, tenant queries are passed on and their six monthly inspections are quite detailed. I am really impressed by the level of service received from Samantha and the team at Harcourts Living, Cornubia.

Very poor customer service. Bought house through them they made promise property will be cleaned but at the end property was left with full of spiders and spider webs.. not cleaned at all . They were holding that bonds will be taking money without cleaning the property. Would not recommend to anyone to us either service. Thnx

As an interstate owner, Harcourts Living Cornubia has been very helpful and easy to deal with. They found tenants for my “semi-run down” property after assisting with arranging the renovations for the house. Not knowing the property area well, Chloe McKinnon-Thompson assisted in finding services to fix the plumbing, painting, rubbish removal, and new carpets and blinds. The service providers they selected responded promptly, efficiently and completed with quality. Harcourts assisted with securing a new tenancy once works were completed.
