We engaged the team through their design and construct approach for our large outdoor renovation, and being busy people it was perfect for us. As part of the design process, all we brought to the table was that we wanted a pool, some shade and garden shed and Chris and the team prepared a concept for us we would never have thought possible at the start, were honest with us on the true cost to build it, and helped us with every decision along the way. When we got down to building, every trade under the sun was required - tree-lopping, earthmoving, concreting, carpentry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, glaziers, tilers, pool builders, steelies etc etc, and the whole jigsaw puzzle was managed outstandingly well and with no stress at all, and we are more than delighted with the outcome. Chris and the team have delivered for us the perfect Australian backyard, as well as the gift of adding significant value to our home. After talking to numerous builders and hitting countless blockers, Chris and the team at Contemporary Living came in and presented a great approach that fit our budget. They were transparent with design options, costs and considerations - a lot which includes setting up for further future extensions.
