Western Lady So Rude. I asked for a piece of paper to write the address on to attach the package, but she told me with an angry face and voice to tell me, i have to bring own my paper from home.what is wrong with her hahahahaShe seems like boss and act like biach.She need to learn how to make a smile her face.

I live within a two minute walk of burwood plaza so this is the post office I always go to. I've never had any problems with them, the staff has been friendly and my requests have always been promptly answered.I was there a few minutes ago to apply for a passport and was assisted by a lovely lady, Domenica. Thank you Domenica for taking my passport photo and submitting my application smoothly and quickly.

The two workers that I have talked to are very unfriendly. One of them is a middle-aged female who looks Asian, and another one is a middle-aged white female. I just have a quick question to ask and they treated me like I was unreasonable or insulting them. I am very upset with the my first experience of this store.

I can see why others have had the same problems with the frumpy Middle Aged Asian lady…seriously she could do with a cold shower and a quick slap to the face for her to come back to earth from high hell. She refused to lodge my “postage paid” parcel claiming postage underpaid. Was later lodged at neighbouring PO no issues. She shouldn’t be creating problems with customers without any basis. She’s a disservice to Australia post and a disservice to the community Burwood of Burwood that she serves. Complete waste of tax payers on her wages.

As a customer, I had a terrible experience with the post office staff. Their attitude was extremely rude and dismissive, and they showed no interest in helping me with my inquiries. I felt completely ignored and disrespected, which left a very negative impression on me.I would strongly advise others not to go to this post office, as their staff's behavior was completely unacceptable. It's important to support businesses that value their customers and treat them with respect, and unfortunately, this post office does not meet that standard.

The waiting line is so long and slow, they should have a seperate line for pick up...i wanted to change coins for my bills and they wouldn't give me over 10 coins....so stingy..no chairs for waiting so long, no lines for disabled people either. I hope they can be more helpful in the future. Most thing i hate is the waiting....

The lady with short hair was rude and respect less. I just kindly asked a colleague in the store for help because I used the wrong photo, and she stopped the employee by shouting, “ it’s none of our business!” I never saw a colleague in any other shop with this rude and mean attitude. She just didn’t even have the basic manner to customers. When I asked for the manager's phone number for complaints, she told me,” I am the manager”.

Had a very nice encounter with the Asian lady. She was very friendly, smiling and patient throughout the whole process of my passport lodgement. So much better than the lidcombe post office who gave me nothing but attitude and in the end I couldn't get my passport lodged at the lidcombe branch.
