Spent lots. Made nothing. Communication wasn't the best and we sit here out of pocket and achieved nothing.Edit: very aware there was no contract. And you knew we weren’t happy so don’t try and pull the wool over peoples eyes reading this.You provided buzz words and corporate nonsense speak saying you was going to do this and do that, when I’m actual fact you did nothing.You know the situation, I was not happy at all with what was going on and we’d committed by paying as you make people pay in blocks rather than monthly.Then have the audacity to offer a resolution now, when it’s been a year. I took a year to write this as I used another provider and did a lot of it myself and achieved more than you did within 3 weeks. So to this day, I have no clue what it is you actually did other and that take my money and run with it, and didn’t even offer the money back you essentially stolen.Let’s call a spade a spade here, something you’re incapable of doing, you did nothing and achieved nothing. My initial review was actually polite.Your response was absolute nonsense as it was the whole time we used you.So I’d avoid using this company if you want straight answers and results .

They developed a campaign for me that is already working - in less than 4 weeks the campaign has more than paid for itself in securing paid work (I know - I wouldn't have believed it either - but it's happened!). Honest - easy to work with - and very straight up.We'd been locked into a 6 month contract by another agency before and it was a nightmare. We had the worst taste in our mouth from advertising you could imagine.Thankfully I was referred by a colleague to Ari and Leah and that was a blessing.We booked in for the free advice call. To my surprise the conversation was only about our business and the points of difference we have. It wasn't a sales call and Ari only mentioned the price of his services once we actually asked. His advice was sound but also honest. I've never heard a marketer say there is no guarantee with any form of advertising" before and that was very refreshing.Ari took over an hour with us to talk through everything (even though the call was only booked for 30 minutes) which we appreciated.We signed up because it was a set price with no contract lock in and were willing to give it a go.The start up process was easy. It was very important to us that we could keep control of all of our Google and Facebook accounts and Ari advised that the owner should always have full control regardless. More great advice!We're in an odd type of business and Ari mentioned that there was a possibility that Google would need more info from us to continue to run ads.Once our ads after a few weeks started running they were paused by Google as Google needed more information from us about our business. Ari had assured us at the start that we wouldn't be paying for the time that the ads weren't running - and we would only pay for the times that the ads were actually popping up properly. Wow!!The ads took about a week to get approved again (once again - super easy process from Leah and Ari) and within a few weeks our enquiries and sales started to pick up again.Now we're at the end of our first three months and not only have we chosen to continue for another three months but we've also signed up for their other service to (Meta/Facebook/Insta Ads).The whole process has been extremely easy and up front.Their initial three month price was more than reasonable (especially considering how much others charge) and we always knew what was going on (thanks to their stellar communication and their app where we could see everything that was going on all of the time - even better!)They set our expectations before we started and exceeded them greatly. Mike and I can't recommend the team enough and we've already referred several of our friends who own businesses.Thank you thank you thank you everyone at Paddle!"
