Had a very bad experience today. Appointment was 10:20. Didn't get called in, until 10:30. Was about to walk out.Didn't receive an apology either. And (due to the above), missed my bus back home. So was forced to wait half an hour for the next bus.Just what I want on a hot day. NOT!

Extremely disappointed with my first and last experience at Belen. Went in for a wax and tint and once waxed, a chunk of hair was waxed from one of my brows. Won’t be going back

Get my eyebrows waxed and tinted here regularly as does my daughter. The ladies do a fantastic job. Always friendly service. Reasonably priced too.

Can't remember the name of my therapist which is really annoying but this was the second time i went here using a facial voucher i got for my birthday. First time I went my therapist was a bit inexperienced, and I didn't really feel like my facial was anything special. Second time I went was great. Good product knowledge and use, very informative and listened to me about my skin, felt very relaxing.Definitely worth picking one of the more senior staff if you're going for a skin concern or treatment. Thanks!
