Good supply of fake flowers, the only place I've been able to find decent artificial sunflowers!!!

Was searching for some cake decorating supplies and these guys seemingly have anything you could ever want, huge range of all sorts of stuff, worth a visit just to find out what they have inside as they'd probably have things you never knew you needed. Can def recommend

Everytime I walk into that bloody store you get the most unpleasant, disgusting and disappointing customer service by the trolls that work behind the counter. Today I think it was really bad customer service and I felt like absolutely cracking the mole across her head. It was as if she was on some kind of serious medical condition. Thank goodness it’s finally closing down so that the rest of the public won’t get unwelcomed customer service. I don’t know why they’re bothering to just go an online store because people aren’t going to worry about buying the left overs from the warehouse.Bon Voyage…….

My partner went to the store to buy some cake packing stuff which we got at a reasonable price, but the lady by the counter was so rude and totally an unpleasant person to deal with. I hope with such a good store you have some good people serving customers. I understand u might have big cake business customers coming and you wouldnt want to waste time on small retail business but just make it clear on your store door step that you just do wholesale business and not intrested in a retail or small customers.

Customer service was excellent, and a large variety of different decorations, edible and non edible :)

A great selection of products, particularly for cake decorating and packaging. Some of the staff however, could stand to work greatly on their customer service, including their tone, overall friendliness, and their general approach to their customers. On 2 separate occasions I have been served by 2 female staff members, both of who lacked basic customer service capabilities. The most recent one on the morning of 21/10, was short in stature and wearing a pullover and glasses. She was quite blunt and her tone very unfriendly, she seemed not really to want to be there, her greeting hello" when she came rushing out from the back office to serve me was one of the most flat and un-enthused I have ever heard

Hidden little gem! All sorts of Nick knacks to be found. I get my essential oils from here. A lot cheaper than retail stores. The candles are lovely too and lots of ideas for presents and decorations surprisingly. Worth a visit!

Great range of pretty artificial flowers and plants.

Good if you have a small business and can’t buy big quantities of packaging materials, lots of options of cake and cookie packaging and more! The ladies there are lovely but sometimes they can be a bit unfriendly and come across as rude.
