My R36 Passat needed the timing chains done and after getting a few outrageous quotes elsewhere, South West Autohaus provided me with a very reasonable quote.Service and communication was excellent and am very happy with the work provided.I'd never used them before for work on the car but after the great experience I will gladly take my car back in the future

Excellent service on both our cars. Nothing too much trouble and Gareth goes well beyond what you would expect. No hidden costs added and no unnecessary work done like some other Prestige workshops in Geelong. You will have to look very hard to find better.Thanks for all the work

The reception area was immaculate - on par with any luxury car dealership - and I received clear and concise correspondence. Now I have one happy little BMW! Highly recommended.

Phoned SWA to discuss a central locking problem with my X5 that my independent and a BMW dealer were unable to solve . Gareth looked at the car the next day, confirmed the likely problem, & ordered the replacement part. He phoned me later and offered a secondhand part at less than half the price which I accepted. He lives nearby me so he offered to pick up my car and delivered after the work was complete. I’ve had BMW’s since 1982 and this has been the most friendly, efficient and competent service I’ve ever had. Thanks Gareth.
