I work in the plaza. On 3 different occasions on my lunch break I have waited in line for almost 10 minutes to place an order, once my order has been taken and I’ve gone to pay they have then informed me that pay wave (tap&go) is not working! No clear signage in place, and failed to inform me before placing my order.To say I’m annoyed would be an understatement.

Been here twice on this month, the two times here service was not it. First time they run out of chicken and we had to wait about 20 minutes and not even and apology or explanation or wait times were given, today store says they close at 7pm and by 6:30 that we had to wait in line for about 5 min while the employee on the counter was talking with other employee we were not served, by almost 6:40 when we are served she doesn’t even great us and says she is only serving chips as she is closing now ( still 20 minutes to go) Just not great service, hope to have it changed!

As I work in the plaza and in customer service, I am always looking out for a great experience. Don't look here. The young girl serving had a terrible attitude. The 2 young girls cooking were eating their own food with gloves in and then proceeding to pick up mine and everyone else's food with the same gloves. The 3 chicken strip's took so long to cook and were inedible as they were raw in some places. Last time I will eat there.

Lined up for ages , asked the price of Honey fried chicken n told wrong price. Then l ordered it and they said they dont actually have any fried chicken atm.

If I could give no stars I wouldAbsolutely disgustedI ordered a large reds combo meal take awayI get home and I find a regular mealChips covered in salt that I couldn't eat all you could taste was salt not to mention there was hardly any chips in the boxSo I get to my chicken burger that had one tiny dried out strip of chicken no cheese and covered in mayo and full of lettuce .should have called that a lettuce and mayo burger all uneatable straight in the binWhat a waist of money !

Worst red rooster ever went there at 12.15pm no chicken left so had the chicken nuggets instead there was no sauce with the nuggets and was the worst nuggets i have ever had. the chips was soggy and under cooked. If I could give it no stars I would. The chicken pops weren't much better a total waste of $30 will not go back again

So much for fast food. We were waiting in line for sushi and opted for red rooster instead because we were in a rush. 20 minutes and cold meals later. First and last time we eat Red Rooster.
