Called to get a price on a receiver, the guy said they're out of stock on all receivers (hadn't even told him what receiver I'm after yet). I asked if he could order from his suppliers, and he replied that all of Australia is out of stock!!! What a joke, clearly not interested in my business. Ordered elsewhere without any hassle, won't bother with these guys next time.

I would just like to commend the staff, for handling my problem with upmost professionalism after it not working for a substantial amount of time, I took it in there and the technician had it up and running in a gifSuch a good store,Thank you very much, many footy games on the projector from now on

It was an absolute pleasure working with Theo to put together our dream home theatre. Theo was very kind and friendly and went to great lengths to give us the best deal. It has been a couple of years since our installation and our favourite room is still the theatre room. Thank you Theo- you're an absolute champion!

Big Picture People Watergardens - PeterI thought I knew a fair bit when it come to TV's, sound, Projectors but after talking to Peter it was certainly different level of knowledge and customer service. Peter doesn't throw anything down your throat and completely understand your needs. After spending ample of time with Peter the correct package was selected for us and I couldn't be happier with the final product but more importantly the way Peter explained everything to us and he's post install help was super beneficial and helpful. No question is ever to hard.I honestly couldn't recommend BPP- Watergardens for your home theatre needs.

Bought a home theatre here and they were very helpful in making suggestions that fit my budget.

Very disappointed - Spent $9500 on the home theatre package but they installed faulty Projector and Faulty blue-ray player, they replaced the blue ray player but not replacing the Epson Projector TW9300 - waiting for 6 months, their electrician came few days ago to change the settings on the projector but that didn't solve the issue - now they are giving very cheap old projector as a loan unit until my Projector is repaired and they are not sure how long it will take it, Asked them to replaced it or to give same loan unit because I've been already waiting for 6 months but they denied. Will never recommend to anyone.

Theo - during the initial consult was fantastic to work with and provided us with advice on what would work best and offered some great suggestions that fit into our budget without sacrificing a quality theatre room.During the day of the install, I was expecting the standard to drop seeing as its what usually happens with other companies post sale. I couldn't be more wrong! The two techs were fantastic, (I wish I could remember their names - apologies) they were very friendly and professional, while providing advice and the patience to walk me through once the set up was complete.I have had the system for roughly a week now and it has definitely been an awesome investment.Thanks again for everything and I would not hesitate to work with your Watergardens store again in the future.

Outstanding customer service from Peter at this store. Seriously above and beyond. Peter took the time to help me design 4 zones for my new home being built (cinema, lounge, deck, balcony) and managed to work everything within my budget. No pressure selling, no BS just honest advice and they let the products speak for themselves.The installation team were super amazing and professional, clean, no mess left - just outstanding.After sales support and help has also been A+ they have been great to follow up with any queries or issues I had. Thanks again for your help guys, highly recommend this store.

Absolutely incredible service from browsing, purchasing and installing.In store Peter was very helpful in providing suggestions and answering all of our questions, he made us feel comfortable with our purchase.Our installers Angelo and Frank lived up to their reputation as being the best installers. They both worked very hard to ensure our theater was installed with minimal damage to our home, and left the room in pristine condition.After installation I noticed the in wall speakers were cause the walls to vibrate, making some movies unwatchable. Angelo came past the very next day to rectify the issue.All in all I am truly impressed with the team at BPP Watergardens and I highly recommend you go see them if you're in the market for a home theater.Thanks guys, it was a pleasure dealing with you all!!!!
