My partner needed more paint to finish a job and walked into this store 5 minutes before closing on a Sunday. She was refused service. What a pity after being well served previously.

Killarney Vale Paints
Very poor customer service. Purchased a 1L can of paint, tinted mission brown. Open can stirred and painted one insect screen. The colour was black. I am visually impaired and thought it looked dark in the can, I thought it might dry mission brown.I contacted the store today who said because I have used it, they refused to offer any remedy. I am out $30+& stuck with a useless can of black (labelled mission brown) paint.

I have never been spoken to and treated so appallingly in a store before. I have no words about how argumentative the son of the store owner was to me, it was not deserved. I would not recommend their service, such a shame as I like to support local small business.

Wonderful customer service! Paul went above and beyond to assist a rather inexperienced DIY painter understand the process and products required to get a beautiful finish. So nice to go to a shop and not feel like just another number, they really take the time and care to understand your needs and budget.
