Brisbane Bike Rental

We hired two electric bikes for a week and were delighted to be supplied with brand new bikes which were fabulous for touring South Bank and getting around Toowong. Great service too both with the booking and then they helped us with our bike rack and attaching a temporary number plate to our car. We will definitely use them again next time we are in Brisbane

We hired 3 electric mountain bikes to undertake the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail over 4 days. The bikes were great, reliable and well maintained. They gave us no problem at all. The batteries were excellent and easily saw us out on 60 to 80 ks per day.The service provided at the shopfront was obliging and diligent. We had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Thanks so much. We would have no hesitation to use this business again.

Replaced my modified Christiania model 2 cargo bike’s battery with a new one from Bike Site. Ordered late on 7 Jan; arrived morning of 13 Jan. I would have liked an email confirming that my order had been dispatched, as it was a surprise when the courier arrived unannounced. Still, Covid’s upended everything. The battery works perfectly, and my riding adventures can continue. I bought a DEHAWK R3S-3613H Battery 36V 13A 468Wh.

Regretful experience - such potential, severely lacking basic courtesiesI notice most of the good reviews are for the RENTALS. Well my partner and I spent over $4000 on two ebikes and have had an awful customer experience with the whole process.I have phoned and emailed Sunny and Sam and am left with the only option of posting a bad public review.A COPY OF MY SENT AND UNANSWERED EMAIL IS BELOW -... Since the day I purchased my ebike and left your store, it appears I have been riding a potentially fatally assembled bike. I remember the day I picked it up and commented on the front shock absorbers area and thought it felt loose in the frame, you Sam and or Sunny said it was all ok.Well I finally got my partner to take a closer look and he was horrified to discover a major assembly flaw. We took the ebike to 99 bikes to repair, given we did not have the correct tools. I asked the pointed question ... is this error the result of a hastily built bike straight from the box"? Yes

Easy on line booking. Hired for a week focused on Brisbane bike paths and rail trail from Esk. Both 60 k plus rides.Different to the e bike I own but no issues at all and seemed with management and not lots of big hills I could get about 100 k out of the battery.Overall a very positive experience and good value.

Hired a NCM ebike for a week to see if I would like it before deciding to purchase one. I was amazed at the build quality and capability of this German ebike entry machine. Staff were excellent and looked after me very well. Yes I did end up purchasing one.

Very helpful. We hired two E bikes for three days for friends visiting from Melbourne. They thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will look at buying their own in Melbourne. The staff are very helpful and the bikes were great.
