Went in for some winter shopping, the range was great and loved the service. Took my time trying a couple of different things on and the store manager, Hayat, bore with me. Gave some genuine advice on the perfect fit for runners. Will definitely be going back.

Super happy with the customer service. The shoe I wanted originally was not suitable for my wide feet, but the staff there helped suggest brands that are more friendlier to wide feet (happened to be cheaper too) and I walked out of there quite pleased with my purchase

I usually don't shop here, but today after walking out of another store due to lack if service. Sportsco was great. As soon as I walked in Hayat was asking if I needed assistance. I told him exactly what I needed, and he helped me from start to finish. Would go back here before the unnamed store a few doors down. Thank you!

Shopped at the Eastland store today, and was served by Hayat. He was so lovely and patient with my son. He listened to the brief of what we wanted, and did not try and oversell and gave us an overall fantastic service. Both myself and my son walked out happy. I highly recommend this store when looking for shoes.
