Terrible service, untrustworthy and dishonest. Allen the owner swore at me so much when I asked him why he used chemweld in my engine with low kms that never had any problems, he’s definitely no specialist and wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to go there. I took the 4x4 in for a general service, they had the car for ages saying they’re waiting on parts and didn’t tell me what was going but slapped me with 4K bill in the end. After driving the car I took it back as it was still over heating after they replaced the whole cooling system but didn’t do the thermostat?? I’m no mechanic but that is where you start. They put old parts in my car and charged me new plus 10%. I contacted consumer affairs, and they said I would have to take it to court. I recently lost my job so couldn’t take it further, I did have two independent mechanics inspect the vehicle and they both said the work was unsatisfactory and half the things on the invoice wasn’t done.

I went into tuff stuff chasing a tailshaft, the employee was super helpful and easy to talk with!

Friendly, helpful staff! If you need spare parts for your 4WD then these people will most likely have it.

Purchased goods from here which were eventually shipped and proved to be incorrect. Not exactly what I ordered. Looked like it had been in stock forever.Packaging was damaged , parts missing.Returned but never got a refund.

I purchased a suspension kit from them a while ago with 600kg constant load rear leaf springs that were supposed to be a 2 lift for my VDJ78 Troopy after i installed the kit i noticed that the rear leafs were sitting flat causing the front of my vehicle to sit up it looked awful.I went back a spoke to them about it and had nothing but trouble with the owner of the business
