TJM Ballina

Very poor workmanship. Install of an automatic boot lid was a disaster, damaged the vehicle. I got a quote from the smash repairers the owner was on loud speaker and just said “touch it up” it was a brand new car when it went to TJM Ballina, told them to pay the damages and take the faulty product back, they made me contact their supplier, it’s been over a year product is still faulty and not interested in fixing their poor installation. Told them I was to seek legal advice their only response was to that I should get a lawyer. Like the other reviews here do not risk it.Update: My car was brand new when it was sent to you. I reversed into a tree and during that process you replaced the cover which I sourced from the supplier but you never replaced the rails or tried to sort it out with the supplier. Here’s the photos of the paint damage which is caused from the installation of the cover. I have all the photos and email trail conversations.

Interesting to see the very positive feedback. My experience was not so great. Ordered some basic rhino roof racks a month ago and booked in for the fitting for two weeks later, paid for half of the cost. Turned up with the car early on the day, was called at lunch to say that the parts hadn't arrived so no good, order the parts in. Two weeks later no contact, can't find the order placed with rhino. Not good service, would not recommended.

Went to them for a fit out for my 2020 LandCruiser ,gave me quote for $35000 dollars which was happy to go ahead .Paid them in full.to help get parts and in good faith .They had the car for.tjree months only fitted certain things off the the full order .Then was told work could not be completed .After 3 months got car back they kept the full amount off money and told me to get a lawyer .The.owner was rude threatening.Have tried to get all parts paid for and gave to them to install and money owed over $35000 in totalWas told to more less go and get you know what .Quality off work was poor and has left me me with a LandCruiser well short of what was meant to be .Believe also the owner had an accident in the car trying to cover it up .

Really quite blown away with the service I got from these guys. Had a clutch installed today & turned out cheaper than the quote! When does that happen? Not to mention they fitted a Chip to let me try it out free of charge, no obligation to buy. So there are some good ol boys still out there.Thanks Jake & the boys, really happy.

I'm from Sydney & it was an emergency but they couldn't be bothered to help out. Realised they were busy but wouldn't even help out with some tools. I have a lot TJM products but they couldn't be bothered to help out, obviously all about money!!Wasn't me that threatened you!Must have upset someone else as well

Tjm Ballina is an awesome business. I’m extremely happy with the modifications that has been done to my hilux. The customer service was 100%, they were extremely helpful. I’ll definitely be back when I add more to my hilux.
