First Care Medical Centre Bradbury

Waiting time is 1.5 to 2.5 hours every time whether having an appointment or not which is extremely ridiculous. The receptionists behave different with different customers. Sometimes it seems like patients are called earlier even though they came later than me for a walk in service. The management should be changed to improve the performance of this medical centre. Doctors are good but the admin is horrible.

3+ hours to wait, doctors don't take appointments, just another medicare number grinding, medical certificate printing facility. If you need actual medical help go elsewhere

Have been to see four different doctors here, three of them were very rude and made me feel like dirt.One doctor was laughing at me and ridiculing me over a personal matter.All doctor's I saw seemed uninterested and uncaring. Not looking me in the face or acting like I was a human.The care overall is awful here with most doctors.

Literally the rudest doctor i have ever come across in this clinic. Stay away from this clinic please.They made me wait for two hours, yes 2 hours and when i went to go see the doctor, he was with another patient over the phone. Front staff was polite but the doctor wasnt.

I have gone to this medical centre for years, after today if I ever calm down enough to attend I will definitely not be seeing Dr Ahmed!!! He is rude and has no care for patients, he will talk over you and treat you like you are wasting his time. I heard him speak to reception before my appointment and even rude and condescending to them. Worst experience at any medical practitioner I have ever experienced.

Dr Rashid, compassionate human you areWaited an hour to see someone just to get an ECG so I can go on this particular medicineDr said they can’t do it cause the Nurse went home, I asked if the Dr didn’t know how to do one and he said he did it was just too simple for that of a Dr to do and only a Nurse should do it??? I was waiting an hour there was no one left in the waiting area.“Too simple to do it” what does that say to our Nurses who work so hard day in day out doing all the “simple” stuff Dr’s can’t do, this medication in question is for my mental health and it’s another day I now have to go without treatment because god forbid you have to do something a Nurse does.

When I walked in the doctor surgery I was the only patient. Not busy at all. Usually I'm in and out. I have waited half an hour or more for a doctor to see me with 3 doctors here with no patient and 2 patients going in front of me with no appointment and when I asked why they said because his sees that doctor regularly. Still sitting and waiting for a doctor and 3 doctors on with no one calling me. Will never come back here again. Reception were no help whats so ever.

Went to this practice as regular patient, on Sat 4 th feb at approx 2•35 pm, the male receptionist said the Dr was seeing no more patients there was only 2 patients before me and they close at 4 pm ,i needed scripts and i was not well with the fluasked was the Medical prast

I'm not much of a doctor person. Worked all my life. Broke my little finger at work. After the bone healed send me back too work on a factory. Didn't even look at my finger and how swollen it was.. couldn't bend it didn't wanna put me on pain killers nothing. I came home early one night as I hurt it at work. Work told me to get a Dr certificateDr Lucy had my capacity certificate off fitness ready at the front desk. No sick certificate. Wouldn't give it . Again didn't look at my finger asked how I was feeling.Just over nasty

DR. AHMED is the worst doctor i have ever come across! With NO CARE for patients what so ever! I normally see DR. NGUYEN who was not in today, so i had to see the next available doctor which was unfortunately DR. AHMED. I waited for 80 minutes, my 18 month old daughter had a fever and DR. AHMED wanted to see inside her ear, my daughter is unwell and wasnt letting him do it, i told DR. AHMED that i will go and get my husband who was inside the car with my 2 other small children to come in and try, DR. AHMED said i cant do anything youll have to wait another 30 minutes to be seen again and if comes back we will be closed. Not happy at all i waited 80 minutes just to be told ill have to wait again. DO NOT SEE DR. AHMED i will never be seeing him again. He is a doctor with NO CARE for patients. He is obviously there just to collect his paycheque week by week. This is why he is always the first available doctor"STAY AWAY!"
