AMAZING!!!I was welcomed warmly by staff upon entrance which was a great start was I was booked for an extraction and quite nervous! I saw Dr Nikita today and I have never been so blessed by such amazing care by both herself and her Nurse working today. They took me through breathing techniques to assist my anxiety and were so kind and caring throughout the procedure. Even better, the cost was no where near as expensive as I'd been quoted elsewhere. I will 100% recommend anyone needing a Dentist to see Smile Planners in Aubin Grove! :)

Was having tooth pain and couldn’t get into my normal dentist for over a week. So I booked with an appointment at Smiles Planners and got in within a couple hours. My appointment was with Dr Nikita Nepali who turned out to be the best dentist I’ve dealt with. Friendly, quick and efficient. During the procedure she explained what she was doing and was extremely tentative and ensured I was comfortable. The procedure was done well and painlessly. After finishing the procedure she spent time discussing preventative measures to try and ensure less visits. Highly recommend Smiles Planners and Dr Nikita Nepali, especially over previous dentist which have been nothing short of a nightmare to deal with.

We had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Nikita. My daughter was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Dr. Nikita was very patient with her and spend a lot of time trying to calm her down, the staff were very helpful and kind and always available to help. Dr. Nikita is very professional, she takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice , It's not easy to find a good dentist for your kids, I highly recommend Dr. Nikita and the staff at Smile Planners.

I’m sorry but this was the worst experience. I left with no answers, still in pain and very very very confused. First thing I was told was ROOT CANAL, then noooo maybe just a filling… then I was told just maybe antibiotics?Also it was extremely expensive and looking at the receipt I think i was charged for something I didn’t have done. I went to another dentist shortly after and actually had an exam, multiple X-rays and a clean and it was still cheaper. New dentist laughed when I told them a root canal was mentioned by you.Will not recommend

Dr NikitaShe has got the speed and skills, which is second to none. I hv never seen such a clean, hygenic practice with so competent staff.Wonderful time from arrival at reception to payments, all flows so smooth.Hands down to the Dentist and lovely staff. I am definetly going to recommend to all family and friends to experience this wonderful service avbl in Aubin grove 6164.
