Residential Attitudes not only build an innovative and quality home, their customer service is first class. A great team of people who are passionate about building homes, I would highly recommend.

We're currently in process of building with R.A (Development Approval approved) and thought a review is long over due.Considering the building market right now, and all the horror stories, we are very nervous - However the experience with R.A has been exceptional so far.Our sales consultant, Marek (Who's been through two separate properties with us) has always been upfront, and we can confirm that the numbers he gave us have come from experiences he garnered during the vast amount of projects he has been involved with the company. He has always been approachable and available and put us with right people.Our pre-start consultant and project manager, Bianca also takes the highlight in the building journey so far. She (and the design team lead by Franco) has spared no time in improving and ironing out all the details throughout the house. Coming from some sort of design background, I can be a fussy client but no requests have been too difficult and I am very happy with the outcome. She has also been very approachable, available, full of ideas & connecting us with the right people to progress through the design / development phase.Looking forward to seeing the house built by R.A, I have good confidence that the construction team will deliver the same level of quality.[Edit] Construction has started - Site preparation / earthworks, retaining wall + backfilling + compaction, concrete slab and brickworks in progress. Every trades so far on site have been professional (our neighbor even said the brickworks are looking a lot better than other surrounding projects, and that they have been polite & professional).

When you call these people beware!!! I haven’t even done anything with them purely because they are soo damn rude on the phone that I’d prefer to go elsewhere on principle.

Residential Attitudes is a builder that has given me a fantastic experience so far and I look forward to the day my new home is completed.

Water drainage pipe has not been connected to main sewer and was filling the brick cavity over 6m causing to water to seeping through the wall basement ( two floors down) with a foul smell. Water from balcony was collecting in the three levels of double brick cavity for 7 ms causing damage to whole south side wall, wall cupboards, paint , Tiles and expensive items in the wall cupboards. Never trust this builder. Builder refuses to produce to compliance certificate of the plumber who done the job.

As someone who typically writes only positive reviews, I am extremely disappointed to share my negative experience with Residential Attitudes (previously InVogue). In fact, this is my 15th Google review and the first one where I have not given five stars.I am approaching two years since the slab went down, and my house still doesn't have a roof on the lower storey. While the quality of the construction seems to be good and there have been no price increases, the delays and miscommunications are unacceptable. It seems like there's a revolving door of staff, as I've dealt with multiple site supervisors and client liaison managers. My last site supervisor was an exception, providing transparency and good communication, but it hasn't been enough to mitigate the overall negative experience.My sales consultant tried to backtrack on promises made, but thankfully I had documented our meetings with him. The company's response times are abysmal, often taking weeks and multiple emails before I receive a reply.I hired an independent inspector to identify defects, and many of these issues were still present during the second visit, even after the previous site supervisor assured me they had been resolved.I understand the challenges involved with shortages of materials and trades, but I can't help but notice other houses in surrounding neighbourhoods being built much faster. Despite the challenges faced during this build, I would consider building again in the future. However, I will not be using Residential Attitudes based on my current experience.I sincerely hope that my build gets back on track and that I can update my review with a more positive outcome. But for now, one star is as good as I can give. I truly wish I could have written a glowing review for them, but my dream home has turned into a nightmare. I hope they can learn from my experience and improve their service for future clients.

We recently built our dream house with Residential Attitudes and couldn’t be happier with the final product.All members of the RA team were an absolute pleasure to deal with and always went out of their way to please us.From the design stage to final handover, the entire construction process was run in a highly professional manor.An added benifit with RA is the skilled trades that they use. All finishes were of a high standard and in line with the best luxury builders in Perth.

Great designs and homes presented well. Staff very friendly and go above and beyond to make standard plans work on tricky sites.

Love my Residential Attitudes home. Me and my family have been living in it for 10 years now and have only experienced good things.

Never written a google review before but here we go. We originally signed with new level homes, then got passed to Residential Building and presently at the end of last year we were passed to Residential Attitudes with the promise of improved customer service and the aim of getting our house build moving along.Unfortunately, it has been another empty promise by the JWH Group.It is coming up to our 2 year anniversary next week since signing and we do not have a roof, our emails get ignored, and our dream family home is a tip.I want to write this review to warn future clients of the reality of the situation. We are watching every home around us near completion whilst we are coming up to week 104 and the end is no where in sight. We are tired of the excuses, tired of the blame game and tired of the lack of ownership in getting our home finished.Please be really careful who you build you dream family home with. It has been extremely hard few years and looks like there may be more ahead of us.
