Don’t go there as they have reasons to loot you, by accomodating you late for your session and then giving the reason that time is not enough to finish your laser treatment in your appointment time. Then making another booking and charging you the money for that booking even when the sessions are pre-paid.

In Sept 2022 I got anti-wrinkle injections (popularly known as botox) from a new (to me) nurse - I had been getting these for around 10 years, mostly from Chatswood Laser Clinics where I was very happy. However on this occasion the nurse talked me into injecting in different parts of my forehead than usual. Two weeks later my forehead felt *horribly heavy* and was actually *drooping* down in the centre! My eyelids looked different and not in a good way. If this had been my first injection experience I would never do it again. I complained but the staff were really dismissive of my concerns - I was actually a bit shocked at how cavalier and unsympathetic they were. Will never go back ever again.

I started visiting Laser Clinics in Marrickville early in 2022 for laser hair removal and help with improving my skin quality.I was originally looked after by Jess and haven’t wanted to see anyone since. So knowledgeable and compassionate, and she obviously really understood what I needed as I now have the best skin I have ever had in my life. She’s also very fast and efficient while doing laser.Would absolutely not go anywhere or to anyone else. Thank you for making me feel amazing!!
