Me and my cousins and sister stayed here for a few nights, it's clean and quiet!The place was really nice, the service is amazing!The food was absolutely delicious!Highly recommend.

Horrible experience, found scissors in the side of the couch along with cigarette butts, the hairdryer is a health and safety risk extremely dangerous. Hairs on the bathroom floor from previous people.. surfaces hadn't been wiped down... extremely dirty! Also would it hurt your staff to crack a smile? Seriously.

Give it a miss. It was so outdated, the carpet is filthy as are the curtains. The interior is definitely not 4 star - maybe in the 1980's it was. Very disappointing.

Hotel from Hell experience..very dusty room not even doona covers on the really thin cheap doona .. no Ice trays , so I rang the 24 hour room service.. to ask for ice or like an ice tray .. nope, don't have ice.. the spa in room, that had dirty scum around it.. so I went out in carpark area for a cigarette, blood spatter in car park.. eww .. never again. Cheap I guess at $199 pernight and a $100 deposit but was grose really.

Had a lovely dinner there with colleagues. The service was good and the meal tasty but small in portion size.

I stayed here 10 yrs ago, it was beautiful so naturally I booked here again. Sadly it's disgusting. Spare blanket needs a wash, tv channels dont work..remote has no batteries, bathoom has mold, windows are dirty. Spa pump doesn't work. Shower has low pressure. We've have stayed in many old hotels that are cleaned to the point they look new for less then this price. The milk was not enough for The owners have let this hotel run it's self down. Clearly shows no pride from the front garden, paths are dirty. Such a shame for a beautiful hotel. We asked for a double bed and the man at the desk gave us 2 double beds. Which he clearly didn't understand. Google searches on all booking sites said rooms from $118 it's actually starting from $199. Plus a $100 deposit, the price wasn't the issue. It's the misleading information on searches. This place is a dive, with no pride.

James, the host, couldnt do enough for us. Very helpful and extremely pleasant. Rooms were clean and tidy

Our room reeked of cigarette smoke, despite signs on all the doors claiming they were non-smoking. We found a cigarette butt under the bed when packing up. Staff did not care at all. Holes in the towels. Very run down.

The parking was free and easily accessible, and check in was easy BUT…There was hair on surfaces and on thepillow which was not mine. The room smelled like bad B.O., and there were leaves on the floor which indicated that it had not been vacuumed properly or at all. The man that was on reception when I checked out was quite rude, and coughed without covering his mouth multiple times. It was advertised as having an extra large double bed, but it was two single beds & mattresses joined together so I felt like I would fall through the middle. Also the only way I knew in advance that I'd need to pay an additional $100 as a security deposit upon arrival was by reading a bad review previously left by someone.You definitely get what you pay for with this place.I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Even for a quick stay.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. The hotel was so dirty, the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed for months the carpet was full of dust and stains. The whole place needs a good clean, very dirty. The smell cigarettes in your room, and dust was overwhelming despite the no smoking sign in the door. I would never ever recommend this place for any reason. I had to leave the hotel and move to another hotel and got no refund the staff were not even concerned.
