I have been trying to get just a small job done by this company who installed my pool fence. They came to fix part of the problem which was their fault as it was not done to the required Pool Safety Authority Specification, and despite promising me on more than one occasion that someone would come I am still waiting. Very poor service not even a phone call to apologise. I sent an e-mail to Steve Dobbie and he didn't bother to answer, so just all round poor service. NOT HAPPY JAN!!!!The only reason I gave one star is because I can't post this without doing so.I also asked them to come back to put in another gate for me - a year ago and no one bothered to even contact me over that matter either.

Steve is awesome.. exceptionally helpful and came out to our jobsite to show me how to measure up the sloping gate. highly recommend the great service this company provides, Its a company that actually cares!

Pretty average work for a professional company. Fitted colour bond fence which is wavy.Could of done a better job myself.

Avoid bunnings and shop local.The staff will help you calculate the materials required and supply you with everything you need to get your project completed.
