Terrible job on my new Nissan Navara..sloppy paint work with overspray everywhere. the person that handled the claim even demanded $500 to fix an additional scratch on the same panel that the insurance was paying for. Was very clear it had to be paid in cash or it would be $1300. Was not concerned about fixing the sloppy job on the car.. was only demanding the cash!!!Shocked to even think that this sort of business goes on

The team at Sheen Hastings were great. After waiting 6 months on parts from Toyota, they fixed my vehicle in a week - when they usually require two - as I needed it for an interstate trip. Thanks Sheen, much appreciated!

Excellent job fixing the dint & scratches on my Mazda2 after a minor bump in a car park. Customer service was polite, informative and friendly. On collecting my car it looked like a new vehicle! Absolutely amazing. Had my back bumper coming off after backing into a stump. They clipped my bumper back on, replaced the missing screw and all without charge. They went above and beyond. Can’t thank them enough for helping me out after stressing so much l damaged my car in such a stupid way. Thank you Sheen ♥️

Very courteous with pick up and drop off. Repairs were delayed a week due to a part taking longer than expected to deliver. Gave me an Easter gift which was a nice surprise. Only down side was looked like the car had been cleaned but on closer inspection was very dirty inside the doors and rear passenger section. Would expect the car to be fully cleaned after repairs.
