Happened to drive by on opening day and stopped by. Super clean, well stocked , organized and professionally run store! And also good customer service.

Ok so I went to this store today the 7th of January 2023. I travelled all the way from liverpool to blacktown to do some shopping at the Indian grocery stores in blacktown. So I dropped in to Krishna grocery store, found most of the things which had no price stickers on them so I had my grandmum along with me n she asked the Indian guy at the counter about prices of some items which we were interested to buy. The guy told us few prices of the things but then he called a girl with a bandar shakal and started to gossip and laugh at us as if something was very funny. Especially at my grandmum. He's lucky that I wasn't live on facebook otherwise he along with his so called Bandar dikhne wali aurat viral ho jati gossip karte hue. You don't know me n my family, so stop gossiping, move ur butts n work. Ur job here in Australia is to be nice towards ur customers. Be respectful towards elders. The owner shud throw both the staffs out and put some new good staffs who are kind n polite towards customers. Looks like both the staffs had nothing else to do the whole day except make fun of others. People shud not go to such rubbish stores where customers are being treated so rudely. Very bad customer service. Not my loss anyways . They can do this behaviour with elders in india but not here in Australia.

Very friendly staff. I used to go to the Indian spice market in Kings Langley Shopping Centre but was treated extremely poorly by the female staff member there in weekends. She followed me through the aisles with a scowl... to catch me in the act of stealing something I guess. She snapped at me when I tried to give my loyalty program number because the field for it hadn't popped up on her screen... and I'm supposed to have known that apparently. Then she escalated the whole drama when I pointed out her hypocritical behaviour. I since decided I would not spend my money there anymore.What a completely opposite experience I had at this store. The female staff member greeted me warmly, asked if she could help me find something, and when I asked about a product I wanted instead of the product I was buying, she suspended the transaction and went to look for the product I wanted.She maintained her professional and charming demeanour right until I left the store. This is the kind of place where I would prefer to spend my money, and the type of business I would support.

The store is very clean and well laid out and not cluttered. The prices are very reasonable. Great selection and good staff. I recommend this store to anyone.

Myself and my other half actually use this store for our Wish pickup’s, so they don’t go missing from letterbox. The guys that work here are really nice people
