After doing months of research to find the best flooring for our new build, my wife and I visited Carpet Force in Nedlands. We were very impressed by the selection of flooring on offer, but what impressed us most was the very friendly, prompt, down to earth and professional service we were offered by all staff. In particular, we were assisted by Jamie with our flooring selection and purchase; he answered all of our questions and guided us throughout the entire process. We wanted part of our flooring installed in the kitchen before the island bench-top was put in place, and this was no problem at all because Jamie was able to liaise with our builder and the flooring installer to ensure this was done to our satisfaction. Once the rest of the build had progressed, the flooring installer completed the job and we are absolutely thrilled with the result! I would not recommend this company to my friends and family. We have ordered carpets from Carpet Force twice and on both occasions the carpets were delivered three weeks too late. On the first occasion 'a train had a breakdown on the Nullabor' and on the second occasion our carpet 'was lost by the shipping company'. When wanting to talk to the owner of Carpet Force he is always 'with another client' or 'downloading carpets from the truck out the back'. This company lacks organisation!!
