Thank you to the best wedding co-ordinator ever - Tran Howlett, she was amazing for everything up to and including the day, the whole process was so easy because of her and the whole day was beyond our expectations. Amazing support also from the entire HostCo team and thank you to Rafael on the night who took great care of the event. Finally the food was the buzz of the night, 5 star dishes from Canapes, Entree's Mains and Deserts + the additional hand made chocolates which all our guests loved. Overall the best day ever because of Tran and HostCo - Thank you for everything again - Love the De Leon's.

We recently played for a wedding ceremony at HostCo! Everything went smoothly and Tran from the team responded promptly. We started communicating mid this year for an event in November and even to the last minute they were very responsive. Highly recommend HostCo!

HostCo catered our wedding in October 2018 and my husband and I are absolutely thrilled with how it all went! We knew that guests will always remember a meal at a wedding and HostCo delivered. Our guests (both local and international) raved on about the service from the staff and the taste of the food. Tran who was our co-ordinator was sooo easy to deal with, she made sure we were happy and was open to discussing options and changes. We held our two day corporate conference at The Refectory in August and HostCo did a wonderful job in ensuring everything ran smoothly. We had an events specialist onsite with us all day to assist with anything we might have needed, the food was plentiful and delicious, and I would have no hesitation in using HostCo again for another event. My two contacts at HostCo were also really friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

I recently had my wedding at the Holme Building with the wonderful team from HostCo. The team, and our coordinator Emily May, were absolutely brilliant in guiding us through a very beautiful day. Emily and team were very professional, accommodating and kind in the preparation for the reception and the running of the day. Nothing seemed too much for them even though we had many last minute requests that were each met and done with seeming ease. Emily, her coworker Raf, and their team, were brilliant on the day, ensuring that everyone present was attended to and felt a part of our big day, and we are very grateful for that level of service - it is very hard to beat what HostCo brought to the day. Raf was fantastic during the reception and really allowed my partner and I to enjoy the night. The finishing touches to everything were of the highest standard and the value of having the reception with HostCo is incomparable - they are a high calibre team without the level of stress that is at many other reception/function places. They really made us feel special and added bespoke details and services that were really above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Emily, Raf and team and we would recommend anyone looking at a wedding venue to stop here. 11/10 is an understatement for HostCo

We could not thank Tran and her team enough. They were so much more than a catering team... Tran was like a coordinator and a planner too.We had our wedding ceremony, afternoon tea and entertainment (the intermission in the Quadrangle) then reception all at the University of Sydney in the Great Hall. HostCo helped us with all furniture hire, the massive change over in the venue space, catered afternoon tea, provided a coffee cart and most of all helped us deliver the most delicious 3 course dinner.The entire team lead by Tran will always have such a special place in our hearts and in our memories from our wedding day. Tran was always incredibly fast to reply to all messages and emails and provided so much advice and support beyond the scope of our package. Special mention also goes to the forever smiley and enthusiastic Joe who had been there to assist since our first menu tasting right through to the end of our reception!We are so grateful we chose HostCo to be a part of the most important day of our lives!

I recently had my wedding at The Great Hall at Sydney Uni, with the amazing team at HostCo. The service and food were amazing, and the team went above and beyond to ensure that the night ran smoothly, with no stress, and that my husband, myself and our families were accommodated for. Emily, our wedding coordinator was amazing, no request was too hard for her and she made the planning of our big day so easy! Highly recommended!

Just finished running a graduation event at the Refectory. The entire HostCo team was a pleasure to work with & the event space was gorgeous!

HostCo were the venue and contractors who I engaged for my wedding at the University of Sydney this Saturday. I wanted to say the most enormous thank you to the venue manager Tran, floor manager Raf and their staff. Largely thanks to their input and careful preparations, Saturday was more perfect and delightful than we could ever have envisaged!Nothing was too hard for them every step of the way and they even let me change my mind a few times in the months leading up to the event. As far as I'm aware, every single guest had an amazing time. The food, in particular, made a big impression and most of our 100 guests commented on how good it was. It was the string trio and beautiful greenery and the arbour that Tran arranged via Anna Wang which really made it for me though!I recommend this venue very highly, thank you again for a perfect day!
