Edit: after less than a week my nails looks awful, completly unleveled and the top layer has cracked. A WASTE of money.I had an unsatisfactory experience when I visited this nail salon on Thursday. I went in for a simple SNS but it took longer than 2 hours. The nail lady who worked on my nails was quite rough while removing the previous SNS and carelessly broke one of my nails without expressing any concern or offering an apology. It was a painful, and I was disappointed with her lack of professionalism.When I asked about the potential impact of the broken nail on the durability of the SNS, she assured me that there was no need to worry. However, the overall execution of the SNS process was subpar. I was never instructed to wash my hands, and I noticed pieces of cotton strings mixed with the SNS.After just two days, the nail I was initially concerned about ended up breaking. I called the salon to schedule an appointment to have it fixed, but upon my arrival, I found that all the staff members were busy and my appointment was not taking into consideration. It took over an hour to fix just ONE nail, which was frustrating and time-consuming.Moreover, I was highly dissatisfied with the final outcome of the SNS treatment. The appearance of my nails did not meet professional standards.I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking a well-executed SNS treatment.

Lavender Beauty is an absolutely gorgeous nail salon, with fantastic, friendly customer service. I am beyond happy with my nails and appreciate the top quality work. The wide variety of nail designs are endless! Lavender Beauty is a relaxing and peaceful nail salon, that never disappoints! I would highly recommend!

Fragrance gave me beautiful French nails! The nail extensions were put on smoothly and with skill, she did a fantastic job. The salon is great as the location has lots of fresh air and there is no overpowering smell of polish

Three of us came in on a Sunday to get gel Mani Pedi and waxing. The girls were so lovely and quick. They did an amazing job and gave us yummy coffees. Couldn't have been happier with the service. Especially on short notice.
