Very busy on the Saturday evening we visited. Friendly and helpful staff and great pub food. We had the parmigiana with chips and stuffed chicken breast with roast potatoes and both were tasty and good value for money.

One of the best places in the area for good pub grub. Big portions, crispy chips and fresh salads. Delicious. Had the barramundi and the chicken schnitzel and would recommend both

We went there for dinner the staff were really nice in the bistro and the bar staff were exceptionally good i ordered our meals garlic bread 2 mains and 2 dessert, barramundi and just chips and prawns and chirizo with garlic and chilli with pasta the barra was very small and the prawns in my meal weren't whole prawns there was about 3 or maybe 4 prawns cut into really small pieces i was disgusted with that especially when it said prawns you expect at least whole prawns and there prices are ridiculously high for what you get but it did tasted okAnd I was a bit surprised to see a sign stating that there steak prices had gone up because there beef suppliers prices had when one of our friends with us just happens to be a cattle farmer and the price of beef has actually gone down considerably like$1000 a head so I'd be questioning there suppliers my friends the cattle farmers were not very happy with that sign nothing wrong with the flavours with our meal it was all cooked nice just all the above i won't be in any great rush to go back there for a meal way to expensive for what you get in a few words very stingy with there prawns and the size of there meals it's just a shame

After recently moving to Muswellbrook I was looking for a good local pub and I can certainly say I found one. The staff are all absolutely lovely and the food is top notch. I've been there twice already and am looking forward to more times in the future.

It's a pub... The staff are great. They'd have to be great to put up with a bunch of miners. The food was exactly what I expected from a good pub meal. For once don't have photos of what I was eating as I was so damn busy eating it chatting and drinking (Coke mostly cause I was deso). Just enjoyed the whole vibe.

Has been renovated in the last few years to a very high standard. Good atmosphere at night with decent beer. Restaurant is very good but not cheap by muswellbrook standards. Food however, is top notch. They do good lunches and the dinner menu is substantial.

Was visiting from Sydney. Mum and her partner recommended that we go here for dinner. We had the cheesy garlic bread for entrees. I had the slow cooked lamb shoulder (as pictured). It was really delicious. Will definitely go again when I'm back up there
