I took my toy poodle in to get groomed today. I traveled from Berwick to Footsgray as i had heard that the dog groomer was very good. When i picked my dog up she looked magnificent. Thank you Holly you now have a new loyal customer. The shop is so clean and the products are nothing but the best. Katrina was so helpful and I would recommend this place to everybody. Thank you all at well-being for taking such amazing care of my dachshund after he came down with a spinal cord injury. To be able to receive osteo therapy, acupuncture, physiotherapy and hydrotherapy all in the one place was so amazing and saved so much time. All the staff were incredibly kind and compassionate and I’m certain he is walking again today thanks to everyone at wellbeing’s.

Well Beings is a pet shop that has food and toys for all sorts of animals. chickens, rabbits, reptiles and of course cats and dogs.They also do alternative pet therapies such as acupuncture and hydrotherapy plus natural treats. The staff were friendly and helpful when deciding on a new diet for our 12 year old Blue Russian cat, Ash.Thank you all so much.

Thank you so much to the staff at Well Beings. Kat, whom I liaised with regarding dog grooming services has been very professional and understanding. She made the effort to contact me about a new groomer, Holly when I was unhappy with my puppy's (Miles) last haircut. I trusted her and sent my puppy back. This time around, Miles looked amazing and very well groomed (smelled nice too) - I couldn't be happier. I met Holly who I thought was very professional and knowledgeable about dog grooming and felt at ease with her. I noticed that my puppy took an instant liking to her during introductions. After his groom, I could also tell that Miles felt comfortable around Holly who I knew took absolute great care of him. Overall, I'm very happy with the outcome and will definitely be bringing Miles back.

When I asked about products that removed pet odour, they were dismissive and told me that this is a pet WELLNESS centre, thus implying that human owners are not their concern. Surely a happy owner increases animal wellness? They also had a limited range of stock when I was looking for kitty litter.

Took Dennis in for a holistic vet consult, very happy with the outcome.Condition was explained clearly and recovery plan made. I was also impressed with the quality food,supplements natural treats in the store. Rehabilitation services and a groomer are also on offer. One stop shop ! We will definitely be back. I've visited well beings many times and I am always impressed with the service from staff. Katrina is always making sure my animals get the best service and treatments. Holly (the groomer) has also made my little dog that has anxiety feel calm in her care. Always happy with this clean shop.
