Very ordinary service by the masseuse named Off.She did not understand English nor does know how to do massage!!Initially, she went so hard at me and when I asked her to go bit gentle she just did not do properly. Not good customer service by her at all. Did not even bother to talk properly nor smile at reception!!

No one is professional here (lady didn’t know what she was doing and had long nails). I was regular customer since few years back and it was really good back then, but past few months turned out disappointing service. Never going back again

Don't even know how to massage. Disappeared 3 times in my session just waste of time and money. Got more sore than before. Absolutely disgusting. Pls avoid to go there folks.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Disappeared for 3 minutes 4 times and started 15 minutes late. Staff didn't understand English and when told less pressure still kept on the same very hard pressure. The lady ended up hurting me and bruising my back. Walked out more sore then I did when I went in. Definitely would not recommend!

I've been coming here a while now. And lately you book for an appointment, she emphasizes that you come on time and even if you do she'll put you in a room and make you wait 20-30 mins. Service is a hit or miss. Save your time and money, go somewhere else
