Emad was very rude and aggregate when in the store on Sunday Afternoon. Normally buy all my jewellery from him but now changed my mind and will not go back again.

Have bought a couple of pieces from here over the years, the craftsmanship is definitely above average & prices for the work are good

Emad creates beautiful, exquisite and unique jewellery. His store is full of gems, diamonds and beautifully handcrafted items. For the quality of work, the attention to detail and the service, the price is fair. We had my mum's engagement and eternity ring remade and it came out so beautiful, so we went back to have Emad custom design and make our wedding bands. I was ecstatic with the finished bands and was smiling from ear to ear. I wouldn't go to a chain store again for an off the shelf product when the quality is so much better for a (fair amount more money). I have also done my homework and shopped around for several months before choosing this place.Goldmine by name and Goldmine indeed it is!Only the quality of the finished product surpasses the service here!Clarity & colour to the cuts & sets, seriously I have now the most spectacular, one of a kind - quality and very valuable ring on my wife’s hand!Service, attention to detail, quality of product, turn around time, workmanship & price!Best price for best product you will actually find!I honestly see why this place has been open for such a long time.....Thank you for the experience.

A med was extremely belligerent and aggressive and rude when I asked for a valuation certificate after purchasing over $18,000 worth of diamond jewellery from him and said he would email it to me and it never arrived after 3 months would never deal with him again and I definitely will not recommend his store

I went into this store today to have my ring sized. I was looking at rings to buy. However, the Male assistant was so rude and abrupt after giving me my size that they dismissed me and simply walked off without even asking if I wanted to look at rings for my upcoming nuptials. So I think I'll take my business elsewhere. Clearly, if you're not buying. Don't expect good service. I'd rate zero stars if I could.

What an exquisite jewellery shop... I have added beautiful Colombian rubies for my first collection.the 3 pieces that have been designed by emad the jeweller... have had a lot of beautiful comments from people... about my jewellery.... the service is outstanding and what a unique shopping experience everytime I visit .... thanks to emad for today's shopping gift from my husband for xmas today...
