I'm not one to complain about massages normally as I'm quite easily satisfied, but we had a very disappointing experience here. The room was freezing cold, and there was only a very small heater in the corner which did not do enough to keep us warm during our massage. The massage itself was impossible to enjoy as a result, as I was shivering for a good part of the appointment, and could hear my partner begin to sniffle in the adjacent room - it was that cold. The receptionist was apologetic about the temperature which I appreciate, but we never should have had to be put through the discomfort of receiving a massage without the adequate thermal control in the middle of winter. It is a huge shame on the owner of this business to think it appropriate to charge people for such a deeply uncomfortable experience.I also asked for medium pressure, and it was so soft - like others have mentioned, it felt like the staff member was just moving oil around without pushing on any pressure points.It was our first time coming here, and it is likely to be the last, as we will be finding a different local.

Amazing experience, extremely friendly staff and the massage was so relaxing and stress relieving. Highly recommend and definitely will come again. They even gave us tea in the end.

Had a really bad shoulder/sprain no physio was available on the weekend so I called them as they were open on the weekend and at 10 am and the lady on the phone realised the agony from my voice and asked to book in with Koong she focused on the area understood the issue and it was fixed by her! She is a magician for me don’t need to see the physios anymore thanks to her!Since then I am a regular there, instead of the physio whenever I get the sprain I know who to see!I make sure she’s always there when I go plan to book a massage!

My disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at your establishment. On 30/06/2023, I booked an appointment for a grand oil massage with a masseuse named Tisha, who confirmed my appointment.Prior to my appointment, I contacted Tisha to inquire about using my health fund to cover the cost of the massage. She assured me that it was possible, but due to the unavailability of a hicap machine, I would need to pay upfront. Tisha mentioned that she would provide me with a receipt for my health fund claim afterward.Based on this information, I arrived at your premises with the expectation that I would be able to utilize my health fund for the payment. However, upon my arrival, Tisha presented me with a different story altogether. She attempted to charge me an additional amount for the massage, which I had explicitly stated I did not want.This sudden change in the agreed-upon terms was both unexpected and unacceptable. I had made it clear to Tisha that I only wished to pay for the massage using my health fund, as she had initially confirmed. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and integrity from a service provider.I believe it is essential for your establishment to uphold the commitments made by your staff members. The discrepancy between Tisha's initial confirmation and her subsequent attempt to overcharge me not only caused inconvenience but also left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of.

One of the best Thai massage's I have ever received. Great service and friendly team. Koong, looked after me and knew that I was in a lot of pain specifically around my neck, shoulders, arms and lower back. She focused on these areas and at my request applied my preferred pressure. The massage itself was strong and consistent throughout the hour and Koong made sure I left feeling much better than when I first walked in. I strongly recommend Golden Tree Thai Massage, it's worth every dollar.

I got a wrist injury after a massage here. It hurt for days I don’t know what happened. I was fine before I entered then I left with a swollen wrist and huge bruises. I could barely lift my wrist for hours. I’ve never had an injury from a massage before. Just be careful and maybe don’t trust these masseuses with a harder massage.

This rating is for the receptionist on 11th April 2023. We booked for couple massage. The receptionist was very rude and talking in insulting way. May be she didn't like our face and colour? Not sure what's the reason but her attitude and the way she was talking was not at all respectful. The massage was good hence giving 2 star.
