Rachel was amazing, I went and seen her feeling pregnant and a bit self conscious and she was so kind and patient and I had a really great time in her presence. Definitely recommend!

Rachel is definitely one of a kind. She is amazing, knows what she's talking about and offers a range of solutions to anything I bring to her attention. She is kind, fun and always ready to make her clients feel happy and relaxed. She is also affordable and is more concerned about her client's well-being than the price. I travel a fair way out of the way to see her and all continue to do so. I strongly recommend her to anyone.

with my experience I will not be returning I deserved a refund and only received a small portion of it after my eyelashes melted off and the glue was stinging my eyes I had to pay to get them redone and my lash tech was absolutely shocked on why she had let me leave like that .Me not knowing at the time that in fact my eyes where not meant to burn I was just following guidance of the beautician . The plasma fibroblast didn't work I was told by 3 sessions it will be gone I fell like I look worse than what it was before I honestly don't even know what to say i'm so upset about it all when I walked out of the shop I felt like my opinion didn't matter and left crying because what I now look like .This review is left because this was my experience and my honest opinion and not to be malicious just merely my opinion and experience at this shop .

I have been visiting Rachel for a number of years, so I’m happy to see her in her own clinic.I really value Rachel’s honest advice and knowledge about all things beauty, she doesn’t recommend treatments for the sake of it and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do half the things I allow her to do! I recently had Plasma Fibroblast with Rachel, and she made every effort to make sure I was comfortable through the difficult procedure, and she was super quick and very precise. Rachel really explains the ins and outs in an easy-to-understand way and her after care is amazing, very detailed and simple to follow. I also appreciate that she still recommends the pharmacy dupes if you can’t afford the top level product she has in the clinic. Rachel’s attention to detail, thoughtfulness, flexibility and honesty are worth your time.

Rachael was fabulous, she took the time to analysis my skin and explain what was happening, the facial was just what my skin needed, I left feeling pampered and relaxed.

The treatment I had has left me feeling like a new women! What I loved most was the knowledge Rachel had. I already knew I was in good hands but was amazed with the amount of information she was able to give me. Can't wait to go back!

I have always been really sceptical about going into a salon or clinic Incase I got ripped off. Rachel really talked me through everything, explained exactly what is going on, what I need to do & what the full cost would be. After my 4th treatment today, I can confidently say I love my skin. She really knows what she is taking about, my results say it for themselves. I will not go anywhere else or use anything else than what Rachel prescribed me anymore!!Thank you so much, you don’t know how much my skin has boosted my confidence.
