Took 4 weeks a ton of calls and emails to get a quote.They apparently had issues with their email system...not great considering they sell IT

Called them 5 times about progress of a simple one drive recovery. They just say it is running we will let you know as soon as it is done. 4 days plus weekend so far.

I had a computer that had been on my husbands office after he died. I asked the IT guys to find out if someone had accessed the computer before I collected it. I also wanted a password change. The senior IT guy spent over half an hour looking around the computer and said this couldnt be found out. They charged my $150.00. Much later had a 1st year university student (not an IT student) take 5 minutes and found the logs that showed the computer had been accessed for 1.5 hours on the particular date. I impressed upon him how important this was. As a minimum the charge should be refunded.

I have used these guys a couple of times now both for my laptop and my box PC. I couldn't be more impressed with their down to earth attitude, good communications & personal service, good price, but most importantly, excellent results. Highly recommended.

We had a number of issues transferring our business and IT systems over to Microsoft Azure. IT guys came onboard and were incredibly helpful with the process of moving everything over to the cloud, they ensured our business operations continued without any issues

I had a 2012 Macbook Pro that was starting to fail and I wanted to find out whether anything could be done with it before I started looking for a replacement. I called up the IT Guys and they were so helpful and informative - providing me with the costs of available options over the phone after they assessed my laptop. I'm now over a year later since the repairs with a laptop that is working better than new and very thankful! Totally worth the price. Would fully recommend these guys for anyone looking for some IT help!
