I would like to let all to know how very POORLY they have treated me as a Client, each time I phoned the office I was referred onto someone else as they could not deal with the matter at hand or another excuse was that they were short staffed. I was also told because they could not assist me after being referred to them by STARH that they would close my file. After speaking with STARH I was informed to make contact with them again, this time they asked me to get another referral & to get this from QSTARS. I phoned QSTARS & they told me that they would send another referral, I waited almost three weeks for IRASI to contact me to no avail. I then phoned them back to be told that the referral that the referral was not sent by QSTARS & this she told me was because I was asking for money. This to me was downright RUDE, INSULTING & OFFENSIVE. I phoned QSTARS back & told them this & was advised she was referring my complaint to her manager who called me the next day & said she would then speak to IRASI. I told her not to bother as I DID NOT want assistance from any of them. These organisations are set up to assist people like myself but instead they are quick at making you feel like they had better things to do & not deal with the matter at hand. I rate them a 0 star.

They are there to help and they do what ever they can.

Good for when you need a 2nd person to assist you in preparing for lodging any court hearing files.

I've had some problems with 2 tenancies, and I found with Irasi and its very informative, helpful staff members, made things alot easier and less stressful. Definitely a great respresentative for tenants being taken advantage of and unsure of rights and how to approach things. Plenty off support too. Highly recommended of

Absolutely aweful assistance, I was explaining the issue and made to feel like id have it negatively impact my record for standing up for my rights.Had my case closed with them, Qstars than reverred me again, and Sonya just vanished and didn't give assistanceMy issue is a $7200 roof repair being required, water ingressing in my roof, mould growing from it, and its a health and safety issue for my family, however Sonya just dropped off and never bothered to support me

Wow- these guys helped me and my son out- my son has autism and cerabal palsy and our real estate was giving us notices over rent- despite we were all paid up 3 months in advance. Agent didn't want to listen, even showed bank transfer- any ladies sorted it all out and also helped my son with NDIS issues.Wow I cant believe how much easier things were, I really felt heard
