Facilities are unbelievable with it being so close to the train station I can have a shower straight after my session and head to work.The gym itself is always vibing with amazing trainers keeping me accountable.Highly recommend this place to get you your results.

Cannot recommend BFT Reservoir highly enough. Whether you are a pro, beginner or trying to get back into fitness after a long break (like me), the crew here are absolutely amazing and are always there for you guiding you throughout the session. The facilities are top notch, and there are sessions throughout the day so can easily fit into your schedule.

I have been training at BFT Reservoir for over 2 months now and it's been the best thing I have decided to do. The site and equipment is very clean, the coaches are wonderful and understanding of what I want to achieve and they are very supportive. After having a baby and my body changing the coaches make it very comfortable for me to do my exercises.I have lost 12kgs and I truly enjoy every session. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to lose weight or get active. I will be definitely recommending this to all my family and friends. I loveand enjoy every session that I do. Thank you to the wonderful team at BFT Reservoir.

I’ve been training at BFT for over 12 months and absolutely love it. Good balance between cardio and strength.Gym is very spacious compared to other studios, a great crew with knowledgeable coaches who are fun and engaging. Highly recommend!

It’s a great gym, lots of variety in classes and good positive vibes. Good mix of cardio and weights training with a focus on progressively working on improving form and lifting more.All the equipment is basically brand new and the coaches are friendly and motivating.They have all the facilities if you need to shower/get ready after training too.

Started training at body fit a few months ago. Was quite scared to go to the gym alone but everyone and all the trainers are very friendly. Love it

I have tried multiple BodyFits in Melbourne and can definitely say this is the best one!! The instructors are great, supportive and incredibly knowledgeable. The gym is clean and hygienic. I have met my fitness goals this year and owe it to my membership at this BodyFit. Thanks guys!
