Domino’s Pizza Golden Grove
Waited nearly 2 hours for our delivery. Phoned the store 4 times before anyone answered. Was told there was only 1 driver and so our meal would still be at least 1-2 hours away. Then I was told they closed in 1.5 hours so we probably wouldn't get it at all. Then when I agreed to pick up the order instead I was promised a refund for the trouble. I have waited a couple of days and still haven't received any notification about my refund, let alone any money in my account. Previous to this, we have had 2 orders cancelled without notice an hour or so after the order was placed due to no delivery drivers. Will not be using this store again. 3 strikes and that's it. The franchise owners need to roster more staff on because clearly they are unable to provide the service they promise. The poor manager in charge told me the owners refuse to roster more staff on and that it's a constant issue. Not good enough!

Domino’s Pizza Golden Grove
got 4 pizzas, garlic bread, nuggets and chips, 3 pizzas were burned so we asked for them to be remade. Took 30 minutes for us to get the pizzas back, by that time it had been 1 hour since we got the whole order. The rest of the meal was soggy and they refused to refund the rest. and new pizzas were undercooked. Multiple people had been coming in with burned pizzas.. I understand fast food can be a pain to work at but surely burnt food doesn’t pass the quality control.

Firstly, i order a pizza during the months of Ramadan on time thinking i will received it just for me to break my fast but the pizza got here late in 1hrs 30mins and also the delivery person left it outside my work area without letting me know. One of the staff member were leaving home and saw the food sitting outside of my work facility, when open my ordered, it was very cold and dry, appeared that it has been outside for more than 45mins. it is Unprofessional to leave food outside, especially in the nursing home as it might lead to food poisoning.

NOT good pizzas, the pizzas have gotten smaller the cheese is never melted. There is no toppings on pizza. They always forget the drinks. They give you one free discount card for We are sorry but you have to spend $22 delivery. We have experience two hour wait, then told they don’t have staff. There has been a fire and no communication. There is always something.

Ordered $200 worth of pizza for a children's birthday party at 12.30. I had called up the store the day before to confirm, as I was worried about using the app for such a large order. They confirmed the pizzas would definitely be delivered at 12.30pm. At 12.40 the pizza hadn't arrived, so I called the store to be told that they had it on their system for 1.30 instead. I explained the situation that the kids party finished at 2pm but they stood by their reasoning. I have the confirmation email with all the correct details so not sure how this happened. Whole point of ordering the pizza was to make it a less stressful experience, so not worth it in the end.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.Went to go pick up an order from Domino's. My order was a Gluten free Pizza and my friend that was sharing it with me was allergic to Shellfish. I saw Employees use the same cutters for all Pizzas. That's Cross contamination and poor Hygiene Practices. I'm coeliac so I would of been sick but my friend would be worse off. I cancelled my order and went somewhere else immediately.

All the pizzas received were completely burnt. When asking for a refund the staff has an attitude. Multiple other customers were coming in and calling up about burnt pizzas as-well. As a former fast food worker I know it can get busy but if pizzas are obviously burnt and you still send them out your just creating a bigger problem.

Dominoes gave me the worst pizza experience I have ever had. Do not order from this place. $60 for burnt pizzas that took over an hour and all we got is attitude from the employees. How hard is it to make a pizza? Multiple people having issues with their pizzas being burnt: If you are reading this review, you are better off getting pizza pockets from the IGA.

Domino’s Pizza Golden Grove
Food was fine with a good amount of toppings. Staff could use a little bit more training on customer service. Not a good look walking around not serving people at the front counter whilst drinking a drink and having customers wait while you continue the banter to your team who was clearly new.
