Rude unfriendly customer service female attendant aged in her 30's that works here. You say thank you to her after paying for something and even that gets ignored lol. In fact the first thing that comes out of her mouth when you meet this person is not Hello" but "what do you want?" in a rude unfriendly manner which is amazing for a Aus Post customer service individual! Hate coming into this shop as it's bad enough hearing their fake Australian accents when they speak and then seeing their disgusting unfriendly faces on top of that. Its like someone has robbed this person off this person's happiness

Staff are usually pretty good and quick. I've been coming here for 5 years and they've only just decided to turn the lights and air con on. Clearly trying to save money but it was awful coming into this dark, hot post office. You can see by the photos someone else posted that they don't have their lights on. Also, omg, please vacuum the floor and dust regularly! The place is in disgusting condition. It's like a cave basically.

A great little local GPO in the Spring Hill Central! Great ♥️ cards! Unique gifts to post & all the usual postage products! Friendly staff always helpful & charming! Wheelchair access to the entrance & wheelchair parking in the carpark!

I am very grateful for their amazing service. The postman not only delivered the parcel on time, but also helped me hide the parcel in the right place; I never lost the package when I used it with the app.Every time I see the store using them as their courier, I feel very safe, compared to Toll or the others they are just ridiculous terrible.Once the package sent from overseas was too heavy, the postman asked me if I needed help, which was really warm. Thank you all!

Fabulous post office. So handy & close to my work. Never have difficulty getting parking on either of the side streets, and the staff are super friendly and helpful - especially the younger lady. Thank you so much for all your help with my many Australian and overseas Christmas parcels today!

The women who work here are wonderful. Polite, helpful and friendly. The man, however, was incredibly rude. I was told to pick up a package with my ID. I wasn't given a tracking number. Instead of blaming the sender, he blamed me in front of a line of people and talked down to me like a child. 5 stars for the women who work here. I hope they will help me in the future. 1 star for the man. He needs to help people instead of belittling them.

Closed on weekends and mail inexplicably comes here despite having two closer post offices in Brisbane City. THIS BOTHERS ME GREATLY. STOP MAKING IT SO HARD TO COLLECT PARCELS.

Undoubtedly the best post office I have been to.My closer post office is Milton, who are terrible, instead I come here as it always saves me time, and frustration.These people are genuinely helpful with everything, a few times including today they just go above and beyond.I couldn't recommend them higher.

Little post office in my neighbourhood is one of the best in service: friendly, helpful, kind, clean and have a smile ready for you as you walk in.No need to wait long queue. They have gifts like books, souvenirs, greeting cards, gift wrapper, notebooks, colouring books, pens, and markers.There’s no parking at the front but there are plenty in the side streets.
