Over all pretty basic treatment as it was a Facebook sponsored offer! Mix up of appointments! Walked in for a $129 offer peel, walked out paying $450 as I got sucked in to buying skin care products! Also very pushy about signing up for a yearly “Plan”…got asked 4 times if I’d be happy to lock the plan for various skin treatments for the year!

Kirstie is amazing and she’s very highly skilled. She’s helping me to fix my rosacea, which has been a life long insecurity of mine and can be complicated to treat. From my first few sessions, I’ve already seen drastic improvement. I am so thankful that she has taken the time to explain everything to me in detail AND gone out of her way to ensure that my treatments are affordable (through the membership option available - it’s been a life saver ! ) Her wealth of knowledge is fantastic and she makes me feel so at ease. I really look forward to my fortnightly appointments. The whole team are so lovely and welcoming too, as soon as you walk through the door. Couldn’t have picked a better clinic for my skin journey! Found them disorganised wirh bookings evey time i attended.Call contiuously to confirm an appointment that was already confirmed they called and text and emailed over and over again drove me mad am a busy career woman and found this annoying and highly unprofessional.Prices are inconsistent and charge what they feel like charging on the day.Will never return..Get organised ..
