My fiance and I recently purchased our wedding rings at Hoskings and the service was fantastic. Rohina seemed to know exactly the guidance we needed and was friendly, patient and efficient throughout the whole process. They also turned around the re-sizing in remarkable time and the communication was faultless. I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I just find the staff so lacking in warmth, sorry hate to say but that's just my perception, and they just hover over you and don't comment much which rushes you into a decision you regret and can't exchange for change of mind. I like the range but I do not recommend this store.

The staff was amazing specially the elder one, I am so sorry I forgot to ask her name. I changed my mind three times and she served with the same smile anyway! Sadly the store has such poor collection, maybe because I have sydney stores in my head, but just because of her, I am still rating it 4
