My Lexus had severe hail damage so my insurance appointed Graham Body works to repair the car. My experience was exceptional, Vito and Lisa were extremely professional and it was very obvious they put their clients first.Lisa always kept me informed and when I picked up my car it looked like a brand new car.Absolutely sensational service and a very happy client.

I had my Hyundai bumper and an internal metal panel repaired at Graham Bodyworks and they did an absolutely fantastic job. The price was reasonable and the work was completed in a timely manner. My car looks like it is brand new again! Thanks to Graham Bodyworks for their great work

I don’t usually write reviews unless I have a great experience. I’ve had my car repaired twice in three years by Graham Bodyworks in Eltham and both times I’ve been very happy not only with the excellent quality of the repairs, but the fantastic service and friendliness of the staff. Vito, Katie and the team did a great job of quickly assessing and booking me in for repairs and repairing all aspects of my car on both occasions, and turned a two unfortunate events into a positive experience. Highly recommended!

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with any business. Honest, fast, excellent workmanship and quality staff. They even got my car back to me a day early at my request. My not-at-fault insurance claim was going nowhere due to the lousy, indifferent treatment I was being fed by a shoddy repairer (if you want to know, it was Carpenters West Heidelberg. Avoid at all costs).Anyway, at long last I pushed my insurer to switch to Graham BodyWorks in Eltham. Finally I got to deal with an efficient business staffed by super-friendly, helpful people who made everything simple and quick.There were absolutely no hassles, they helped organise a replacement vehicle to meet me as I dropped my car off, and the repairs were completed in record time. I can't recommend Graham BodyWorks highly enough. Well done Michelle and Vito :)
