I recently had both of my cars serviced and repaired with these guys and very happy the job they done, the information I received and the price. Definitely an on going customer from now on and I recommend atleast getting a quote if you need repairs.

Hire Bus condition and price was good. The service was horrendous, inefficient and time wasting. Especially on pick up, so much redundant paperwork which could easily be done on line.

I recently had my engine removed and replaced by Direct Automotive Repairs.I stumbled upon Direct Automotive Repairs when my timing belt snapped coming off the expressway 500m from the business. I pulled over to the side at the same time a gentlemen who works there was walking along the footpath. He took the time to have a chat about what could have possibly gone wrong and directed me to the shop.Paul from Direct kept in contact with me at every stage and consulted with me on everything he planned on doing as well as keeping me up to date with the costings. The whole process (whilst very daunting in my head) was handled very smoothly and honestly by Paul and his team.When I got the car back they informed me to bring it back in a week so they could go check everything was still good. This service is provided free of charge and gives you a lot of peace of mind!It's very hard in today’s age to find a reliable and honest mechanic (like my grandparents use to talk about) but I believe that in Direct Automotive I've found a mechanic that I will go back to again and again, and not have to worry about dodgy work or being ripped off.Fair pricing, outstanding mechanical work and friendly customer service.

Truly amazed by the service here. I did a silly thing and brought a bus without a check and drove from Qld to Adelaide to pick her up. Went to get her checked over and she was a big dud. Paul not only helped me check her out in his own time, he took pity on my foolishness and spent another hour or so trying to find me a suitable safe replacement. I honestly haven't had this kind of service and attention for a very long time. They treated everyone with the utmost respect while I was there too. No customer was treated any different.Next time I'm in Adelaide it will be the only mechanic I go to.Honestly so impressed and grateful at the honesty and service.If I could give 10 stars I would!

It is so hard to coordinate anything with them. They say they will call you back and if you don't follow them, nothing really happens. I came twice to change the back light and both times they got the wrong one. But made me wait 4 hours sitting there before they realized!!!!! And I drived 45 minutes to get there each time, because someone has recommended them. Bad experience. Really bad.When I went inside of my bus, the carpet from the floor in front of the bed was dirty with their steps. I wonder what they were doing there.....
