Avalon Farmstay
Beautiful old farmhouse that has been tastefully renovated. Very comfortable, and sits right next to a lovely little creek with big redgums and lots of birds. Just outside The Rock but very peaceful and secluded. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Avalon Farmstay
I was very excited and looking forward to relax even for a night. So dissatisfied with the result! After a confirmed booking, I have been informed that they advertised it for the wrong amount and asking for additional $80 on top or simply they can just cancel my confirmed booking reservation. They do not know how to deliver agreed deal.

Avalon Farmstay
What a great place to stay…Joel and Emma were wonderful hosts and the house has been beautifully restored. We were there for 3 nights and were lucky enough to see real sheep shearing taking place… we also took a bundyi aboriginal tour which was fascinating and well worth doing with Mark.. Wonderful up walk at the Rock and we were able to see peregrine falcons soaring around….

Avalon Farmstay
This is a working farm, bring your boots and wander with the sheep. Spring lambs being born in front of us, lush paddocks of pasture and crops delight the senses. Joel & Emma are thoughtful hosts, their renovated period cottage is comfortable for families and groups, we would like to recommend staying here to one and all!Thanks, Steve Helen & Amelia
