Poolwerx Corporate Head Office

These franchisees have poor pool knowledge and are expensive because of the fees they pay their head office. Better to use an independent local pool guy.

Still have no heard anything from either Poolwerx or head office regarding my partners unpaid super. Absolutely rubbish response to something so important. Would not recommend to work for this company or Poolwerx Beenleigh as clearly they don't see honouring a requirement of an Australian employment contract important. It also clear that they are willing to let their franchisees do as they please. Would not buy or recommend them for anything. Incredibly poor considering I made head office aware of all of this 2 weeks ago and we are yet to an email or phone call regarding this. Would give 0 stars if I could.Edit: More than 4 months on I have still not heard from Poolwerx head office regarding our concerns. It is obvious this company does not believe in service let alone good service in a timely manner. They are only after money. Recommend taking your business else where to find good customer service as Poolwerx and their franchises will not offer any at all.
