I am writing this review to express my utmost satisfaction with R&W Rooty Hill which has been overseeing the management of my rental property. Their commitment, professionalism and dedication to their work have been nothing short of exceptional.From the moment I engaged their services, I felt reassured and confident in their ability to handle every aspect of rental property management. Kayla Fenech our property manager contact from R&W effortlessly handle the day-to-day operations, from tenant screening and lease agreements to rent collection and property maintenance. Her attention to detail ensures that every aspect of property management is meticulously managed, reducing any potential conflicts or issues.Moreover, Kayla’s knowledge of the local rental market is truly impressive. She have an excellent understanding of fair rental prices, ensuring that my property is competitively priced to attract quality tenants. Her proactive approach to tenant retention has resulted in minimal vacancy period.I cannot recommend this property manager highly enough. Their work ethic, effective communication, and exceptional management skills have made the rental property ownership experience hassle-free and rewarding.

Fantastic Team to Assist during and after. R&W were really fantastic to help getting me a property and they assisted throughout the settlement. They have also helped getting a new tenant for my old property with providing right recommendations and selecting the right tenant. Thanks to Roy, Melissa and Paige who are very communicative.

Lachlan is highly recommended. He's very professional, friendly and approachable. Very enthusiastic on what he's doing and Superb on his communication skills. He assisted me on the details that I needed as a first time applicant. His work dedication is unimaginable. Even though I wasn't successful on the application I will always be grateful for all the ideas that he told me. He's a gem.

Worst agency to deal with. There were so many things not working in the house we were in but they did not bother to get it fixed. Luckily i had taken photos and videos of everything. At the end of lease, they were trying to charge me for things that were already there when we moved in. They did end up charging me $137.50 for leaving shelf liners in 2 cupboards. I requested to remove it myself which would have taken me 2 minutes to do but they refused. According to them owner did not allow it.AND 2 DAYS LATER THE HOUSE WAS KNOCKED DOWN!!!!Was there an actual need to charge me for leaving the liners behind if we were the last tenants in there?? I never got a receipt from the cleaning company either. No one answered to my email regarding this matter either.Very bad agency. Stay away or just be very smart in your dealings with them.

Excellent communication, professional advice and prompt in action. Very easily approachable, understands client’s requirements, listens carefully and demonstrates their professionalism through work. Would love to continue dealing with R&W more in the future.

Very sincere property management. Kelly and Holly in property management team have attended to any issues I’ve had within a prompt and extremely compassionate approach. I am so happy with everything in my lease agreement, there was some repairs to be done in the process and they took in consideration of everything I needed to make this place my new home that I feel comfortable in. I am definitely keen on staying here for a while now and really looking after the condition of the place like it is my own. Very grateful for having property managers that are so sincere and dedicated to their work, they value building that trust and relationship between the tenant need’s and landlord’s needs. It’s so rare to find.
