Rise Early Learning Surfers Paradise

This used to be a really good centre with a solid management and stable team. That all changed. Management changes every few months, all educators are leaving, the communication with parents is very poor and education and discipline don’t exist and I can feel it the way my child is behaving recently. We decided to pull out of there, I hope there will be better times for this place but right now all they care about is decorating the place.

Both my kids were attending rise centre and we loved it, nice management always ready to help, lovely educators, definitely recommend that place

Rise has a relaxed environment in which for my daughter to learn and grow at her own pace. They give her lots of tools and opportunities to develop different skills and communicate with me on what goals we want them to work on each month. Ana loves her educators.

Wonderful centre with caring a cheerful staff and educators that encourages kids to express themselves and have fun.My daughter loves it there.

We absolutely love Rise such wonderful loving and caring staff.We really like how they encourage the kids to try new things and have fun with it. Our son has definitely come a long way since we started. So thank you for providing such a caring and safe environment for our son to learn and grow.

The facility is good, however, they tend to turn over staff and management quite often. I think from memory there was 3 managers in the time my son was there, and carers changed all the time.After losing our jobs and pulling our son out of care, accounts billed us a large amount after we were previously advised that our deposit was sufficient to cover outstanding's. They then charged us for days after we left the centre and care was no longer given. After querying and even sending emails to their accounts and operations manager several times, not once was a response received after we provided evidence that accounts advice was incorrect. Visited the centre and queried the centre manager, we were promised help, and again nothing. Months later sent to debt collection. More emails sent and still nothing responded too, all emails were civil advising of facts and asking for this to be rectified.The operations manager Lauren was contacted 3 times and accounts staff were contacted repeatedly and not one response back. How can a business operate like this? Not engage with a customer and just bill someone money after your child had left the centre? Anyway, fair trading are dealing with this company now. The place is good until you need to deal with management. Beware.

My daughter loves it here there has been big changes and some days my daughter is hesitant to go but at the end of the day she always says how much fun she had. The staff are really friendly and my daughter has a strong bond with a few and that really makes the drop off so much easier. They really care for the individual child and their individual needs

Our Son loves Rise - and so do we!!!A few tears sometimes when we drop him off but the staff are great and immediately jump not action, take his mind off things while reassuring him he is ok - he is all good in a few minutes (I have watched through the window a few times).We reviewed a number of centers before choosing RISE and as soon as we walked in we knew this was the place for us.Everything is brand new and sparkling clean - the outdoor area is fantastic as well.One of the main differences we find between RISE and other centers is the fact that they go on excursions every day - Library, Swimming Lessons, Bush Kinda etc.All the staff are wonderful and our son has made some great friends.I cant recommend RISE enough!Paul, Tamra and Charlie Bieg.

Rise early learning staff and facility are wonderful. They are caring and nurturing to my daughter making leaving her for the day stress free knowing she will be happy and loved with a full tummy and plenty of activities in a clean fun environment. Having a facility being able to assist with the growing stages is fantastic as well. I also appreciate the updates throughout the day.Thanks team

Wonderful, engaged carers that are always willing to work with and adapt to our child’s changing needs. The staff are friendly and supportive and facilities are excellent. Grateful to have this little village on hand for our little one.
