Qudos Bank - Miranda Branch

Staff at this branch are extremely unfriendly and rude. Wait times are long. I'd like to note that Sue the branch manager stuffed up our loan application and was not supportive. I'm thinking of moving my loans and business to another bank!

Original Review: Qudos have proven to be an extremely inflexible lender from the moment my mortgage started.Throughout the course of my loan my financial situation has improved significantly and the lender has never been able to accommodate any of the requests that my previous lenders did routinely.Thanks for nothing.Update: Regardless of what was said below, no one bothered to call when I sent in an email with all my details about 2 weeks ago. Go elsewhere!!!!!!

i am constantly delighted by the friendly professional service of all the staff, always eager to help, they have the old school customer service excellence that epitomized the Qantas i knew and loved to work with.

The manager in there is not polite. We came with a banking problem and hoped to receive assistance. She thought we don't understand English and told her staff not to serve us. Just left the problem to us without any solutions. Bad service ever!

Every time I go to the Hurstville Branch of the Qantas C/U I feel like the teller is doing me a favour.As slow as anything, asks me for ID every transaction even when I put cash in. Even asked me where I got the money from on one occasion. It was just $4,000.There are females just sitting in Offices shuffling papers, while the queue to the one teller is sometimes quite long. Time for their customers means nothing. Although they see the queue with people waiting lengthy periods they make no effort to get off their bums and open another teller window.I roll my eyes in amazement at the laid back attitude of most of the staff at Hurstville - they don't give a bugger about their customers.

30 minute wait so far- 2 customers being helped the entire time
